Carrier & Service All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Deliveries are subject to Royal Mail’s Non‑Account Terms and Conditions.
Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
- We aim to dispatch orders promptly after payment confirmation.
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked typically delivers within 2 working days from dispatch, though this is not a guaranteed service.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel at royalmail.com/track-your-item (royalmail.com in Bing).
Delivery Responsibility While Royal Mail sets the delivery terms, Brandsea London remains responsible for ensuring your order reaches you. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us at Brandseauk@gmail.com so we can assist you in line with both Royal Mail’s compensation policies and your consumer rights under UK law.
Missed Deliveries & Redelivery If Royal Mail is unable to deliver, they may leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection within the timeframe specified by Royal Mail.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order does not arrive within 7 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We will investigate with Royal Mail and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
International Shipping At present, we only ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
